Carrot Soup With Cinnamon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine the carrots, onions and 2 teaspoons broth in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Cover again and cook on High for 3 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
