Strawberry-Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh strawberries
    2 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 small, ripe banana, sliced
    3 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Wash and cap strawberries; drain well.
    Place strawberries in a single layer in a shallow pan.
    Freeze.
    Combine remaining ingredients in electric blender; process until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 4 1/2 cups (59 calories per 1/2-cup serving).
