Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. mashed bananas
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, mashed in with bananas
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
Add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with mashed bananas and lemon juice mixture.
Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0. Yields one 1-pound loaf.
