Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla and beat thoroughly.
Add milk, blending well.
Stir in flour and mix all well.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
You may add nuts, if desired.
