Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans pineapple chunks
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 individual pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

In a medium size casserole dish, pour in pineapple chunks with 1/2 juice drained.
Mix sugar and cornstarch together and pour over pineapple.
Place grated cheese over sugar; top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Place pats of butter on crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until bubbling.
