Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. butter
    4 oz. rice flour
    5 oz. sugar
    12 oz. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Gradually add rice flour.
    Next add flour.
    Grease 2 round (9-inch) tins and place in dough.
    Prick all over with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool a few minutes and cut into triangles.
    Cool on wire rack.
