Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic pieces
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In a 3-quart casserole, crumble ground beef; stir in onions and garlic.
    Heat 6 to 7 minutes on High, stirring once; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat covered for 6 to 7 minutes on High.
    Continue cooking on Medium (power level 5) for an additional 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 4.
