Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 apples, unpeeled and diced
1/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine apple, celery and raisins in a medium bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice, stirring well to blend.
Add to fruit mixture and toss lightly to coat well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Yields 5 servings.
