Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. salad oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salad oil and eggs.
    Sift and measure flour; sift with salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder and stir into creamed mixture, blending well.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured large loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 large loaves.
