Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast in 1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. salt in 4 c. warm water
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together. Then, mix in an additional 6 to 10 cups flour. Add extra water as needed. Knead until stiff. Coat lightly with oil; allow to rise until doubled. Form into 4 long rolls with hands and place on oiled pans, which have been sprinkled with corn meal. Allow to rise and then slit tops with serrated knife. Brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
