Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 stick melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix raisins and dry ingredients together.
    Add eggs, margarine and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Put in a loaf pan.
    Cut a cross on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes (until done).
    Check with a knife by stabbing the center and knife comes out clean.
