Cinnamon-Apple Cornbread(A Deliciously Moist, Noncrumbly Cornbread.) - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
3/4 c. sweet applesauce
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Stir together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Blend the egg, applesauce and oil together and add to the dry ingredients.
Blend just until moistened.
Pour into a greased 8-inch baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 9.
