Jungle Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. quick oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together the first nine ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix bananas, pineapple, oil and eggs.
Add all at once to oat mixture and stir until liquid is absorbed and mixture is thoroughly moistened (do not overmix).
