Herbed Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crabmeat (approximately 10 crabs)
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    coarsely ground black pepper
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. fresh tarragon (optional)
Preparation
    Pick over crabmeat to remove all shells and cartilage.
    Heat the margarine until it bubbles and cook crabmeat in it until just heated through.
    Season crabmeat with salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs.
    Serve on toast points and garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
