Orange-Raisin Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 c. bran flakes
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    Beat egg whites in small bowl; stir in milk, orange juice, oil and orange peel.
    Add to flour mixture, stir until just moistened.
    Stir in cereal and raisins.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool completely, cut in slices.
