"Melt-In-Your-Mouth" Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
5 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut pie filling mix
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Mix oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Combine remaining ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture.
Divide into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
