Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Betty Crocker coconut pecan frosting mix
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Generously grease and flour 2 bread pans.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and blend until moist. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Pour into prepared bread pans. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, until toothpick doesn't stick when inserted in the middle.
Cool 30 minutes before removing from pans.
