Banana Bread(Made In Food Processor) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 very ripe medium bananas, peeled and cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add bananas and butter; process until finely chopped, about 20 seconds.
    Add remaining ingredients; process 10 seconds.
    Turn off; scrape down sides of bowl with rubber spatula.
    Add nuts; process about 25 seconds longer.
    Do not overprocess.
    Turn into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake until bread springs back when touched lightly in center, about 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool before removing from pan.
