Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless mild fish (such as orange roughy)
    pepper
    garlic salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Spread fish fillets in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with pepper, garlic salt and onions.
    Mix soup with sour cream.
    Spoon over and under fish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
