Grandma'S Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornbread, crumbled
2 c. dry bread, finely diced
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in margarine until yellow.
Mix with all ingredients and bake 30 minutes or until brown.
Serves 6 generous portions.
