Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe banana
1 1/4 c. flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars until light and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in bananas.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to the banana mix.
Pour in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
