Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 tsp. celery seed
    4 slices onion or 2 Tbsp. dehydrated
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
    Mix ingredients and spread over brisket.
    Cover and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour per pound of brisket.
    Uncover 30 minutes before removing from oven.
    Let cool before slicing (I prefer to remove the excess marinade before slicing).
