Bread Bowl Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large unsliced round loaf of Shepherd's bread or sourdough
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 large brick cream cheese
    1 small can chopped water chestnuts
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
    1 or 2 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, defrost in microwave and squeeze dry
Preparation
    With serrated knife, cut straight down in a circle neat the sides of the bread.
    Gently reach in the cut and separate the bread along the bottom, removing a cylinder of bread from the loaf.
    Set aside.
