Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, mixed with sauce
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 large head cabbage
    1 pt. (or can) sauerkraut
    2 garlic buttons
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cabbage and sauerkraut.
    Steam cabbage to loosen leaves.
    Separate leaves and roll 2 tablespoons of meat mixture in each leaf.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Place rolled leaves on bed of sauerkraut and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
