Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
