Nut Crisp Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nutmeats

Preparation

Mix oleo, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Sift flour, soda and salt. Mix with first mixture. Add vanilla and nutmeats. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Let cool a few minutes on cookie sheet.
