Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in pecans and set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Then add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until loaves test done.
    Cool 10 minutes before transferring from pans to wire rack.
    Cool completely before slicing.
    Makes 2 loaves.
