Pumpkin Pinon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each: salt and nutmeg
1 c. roasted, shelled pinons
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and spices.
Stir in pinons.
Mix together other ingredients; add flour mixture, blending thoroughly.
Pour batter into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
