Italian Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage (bulk or remove from casing)
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
salt and pepper (if desired)
2 lb. frozen bread dough
egg yolk
sesame seed
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic slightly in oil; add sausage and cook for 15 minutes.
Then add spinach and cheese.
Cook until spinach is thawed and then another 15 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Let dough thaw and rise for a few hours.
Roll out oblong shape. Spread half of filling on each of two halves.
Roll up; put on greased sheet and let rise again for 1 hour.
Coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seed on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
