Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon rind, ground
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Remove and cool 5 minutes.
