Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly; add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to mix.
    Add nuts.
    Divide into 2 loaf pans, well-greased.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
