Mexican Salsa Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese, divided
    3/4 cup picante sauce
    1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 (1 lb) Italian cheese flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese, picante sauce, and cilantro in a small bowl.
    Mix well and spread over pizza crust.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Place on a baking sheet and place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Remove and cut into wedges.
    Yield:
    8 wedges (serving size:
    1 wedge).
