M&M'S Chip-Po Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. plain M&M's candy
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine, add sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
    Stir in beaten eggs and vanilla.
    In large bowl, combine crushed potato chips, oatmeal, flour and baking soda; add to sugar mixture and mix well.
    Fold in M&M's.
    Bake at
    375\u00b0
    on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Let set
    1 minute before removing from pan.
    Makes approximately 6 to 7 dozen cookies.
