Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1/2 (about 9 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Rinse skinless chicken and pat dry.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In a bowl, mix dressing, preserves and onion soup mix.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (uncovered) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
