Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    3 c. shredded zucchini (about 2 medium)
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of two loaf pans (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 3 loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
    Mix sugar and shortening in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Stir in zucchini, water and eggs. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and baking powder.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake until wooden picks inserted comes out clean.
    Bake 60 or 70 minutes.
    If you don't have zucchini, you can use pumpkin and fix the same way.
