Grandma Northern'S Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

Place eggs, oil, zucchini and sugar in a large bowl; blend well.
Stir in nuts.
In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (remaining).
Combine two mixtures and stir.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
