Challah(Communion Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg white, beaten
    sesame seed or poppy seed
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.
    Add yeast mixture and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. (Dough should be sticky.)
    Cover dough and let rest 10 minutes.
