Pop'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    4 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. club soda, Sprite or 7-Up
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except margarine. Roll out like biscuits, saving some of biscuit mix to work with. Melt 1/2 of margarine and coat top and bottom of each biscuit. Bake at 425\u00b0 until done. Melt 1/2 stick butter and brush the top.
