Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. brown or raw sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. unsifted unbleached white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. unsifted stoneground whole wheat flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. ripe mashed bananas (2 large or 3 small)
    1/4 c. buttermilk or plain yogurt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar until very light and creamy.
    Beat in egg.
    Sift together flours, baking soda and salt.
