White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. Macadamia nuts (whole or pieces)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    6 oz. white chocolate, in small chunks or 6 oz. white chocolate morsels (Nestle)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except nuts and white chocolate, together at medium speed of beater.
    Scrape bowl occasionally.
    Continue mixing until well blended.
    Fold in Macadamia nuts and white chocolate pieces.
