Tuna A'La Ed - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chunk tuna
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. wine and pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation

Flake fish with fork. Add celery, onion and parsley.
Combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice, mustard, wine and pepper sauce and Old Bay.
Mix with fish until evenly distributed and well moistened.
