Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add carrots, nuts and eggs; mix well.
    Place mixture in a greased or oiled loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
