Fried Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, shredded
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 medium onion, shredded
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Cover bottom of nonstick frying pan with oil.
    Put large tablespoonful of potato mix in pan (like a pancake). Cook over medium heat until brown on each side.
    Make sure pan is very hot when you add mixture.
