Quick Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. plain flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Parkay margarine
    2 1/2 c. (10 oz. pkg.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine milk and eggs.
    Combine dry ingredients; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in cheese. Add combined milk and eggs; mix just until moistened.
    Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 1 hour.
    Remove from pan immediately.
