Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Grape-Nuts
    2/3 c. dried, chopped apricots
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in cereal and apricots.
    Blend milk, egg and oil.
    Add flour mixture, stirring until moistened.
    Pour into greased pans, 9 x 5-inch and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; 2 smaller pans about 40 to 45 minutes.
