Pecan Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. dark raisins
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Mix in pecans and raisins. Beat egg and milk together and add to dry mixture.
    Stir lightly. Fill 12 greased muffin cups about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
