Raisin Nut Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Raisin Nut Bran cereal
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Stir together cereal and milk. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan. Place upside down on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature.
