Green Chile Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small cans green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Layer cheese and chilies in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    In small bowl, beat egg yolks.
    Add flour, then gradually add milk.
    Fold in egg whites and pour over cheese and chilies.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
