Seafood Sauce Picante - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shrimp
2 cans crabmeat
1/4 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
salt and pepper
1 can tomatoes
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
3 to 4 c. water
Tony's Creole seasonings
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Add tomatoes, onions and bell peppers.
Cook until thick.
Add 3 cups of water (more if needed), salt and pepper.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add shrimp and crabmeat; cook another 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
