Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil (Wesson)
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini (unpared)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Add grated zucchini and stir well.
    Sift together dry ingredients. Add nuts and add to zucchini mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
